The Guest Blog Strikes Back
Another great post by Art Adventurers co-creator and editor, Daniel Stawanski.All my life I’ve wanted to be a gangster and write a children’s book. Now I’ve done both. Oh, movie references. My natural habitat. This time there’s no more music on when I’m typing. Even though my last blog gave you the Taylor Swift x Limp Bizkit colab you never knew you needed, and now you’ll never get to read my Kendrick Lamar diss track. Trust me, it was straight fire because I’m ALL CAPS no breaks with it. He would have been embarrassed. Did I say he? I meant me. Anyway, I’ve come here to chew bubble gum and write blogs. And I’m all out of bubble gum. Art Adventurers update that you’ve probably read in Lisa’s journal entries unless you have been waiting for my reemergence because I’m your favourite guest blogger that ever blogged. We’ve got character concept art, a page layout, A BOOK COVER! It’s becoming REAL! Stephanie the Illustrator has also completed outlines for 19 pages. The Art Adventurers have just landed in HappyVille and I can’t wait to see what happens next! It’s great seeing all the characters together. Stephanie is also adding her own jokes and style to the illustration, which is awesome! We had a mini year in review meeting with Mia from Kistemo and we’ll be ramping up marketing and social media content as well as locking down a release date soon. You’ll be the first to know loyal? readers. Well, second. I tell my dog what we’re doing that day, so he’ll know first. Actually, Lisa and Mia will know first. So, Lisa, me, Mia, my dog, and then you guys. Oh, Stephaine will need to know, too. Okay, so Lisa, me, Stephanie, Mia, then dog, then you guys. Hang on, my birds don’t read these blogs... okay… Besides when it’s released, I’ll be sure to let you know the price when that’s been worked out. There’s also going to be a special edition version of the book. There are so many announcements we’re going to need a bigger blog! More details once my dog tells me! Wait, what? I know I’m not the author of Stupendous Screen Screw Up, but my paw prints are all over this thing so it’s my shot at creating a children’s book. And I am not throwing away my shot. I lied!
